Coetzee explores issues of colonization, subjugation and resistance in the colonized subjects of literature. The volume discusses three of Coetzee's majors works, Dusklands, Waiting for the Barbarians, and Foe, and examines topics such as corporeality, identity, geography, the Structure-Other and other Deleuzian concepts in relation to the texts.
