Letter of the Secretary of the Interior, communicating, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of the 7th instant, information in relation to the amount of fees and emoluments received by the attorney and marshal of the United States for the District of Columbia, respectively, and by the clerks of the several courts for said District, during the year ending December 31, 1863, and the amount allowed to each of said officers for deputies, clerks, office rent, and other incidental expenses during the same period.
