Proceedings and discussions in the French Chamber of Deputies, on the subject of the treaty between France and the United States, which was signed at Paris on the 4th of July, 1831, and the ratifications of which were exchanged at Washington on the 2d of February, 1832; from the first presentation of the treaty, on the 6th of April, 1833, to the refusal to carry it into effect, on the 2d of April, 1834.
