Summary:
Larry Parks reprises his unforgettable role as Al Jolson in this musical extravaganza. Jolson comes out of retirement only to discover his style of music is no longer popular. He turns to his friend and manager who enlists him to entertain troops during the war. There he falls in love with and marries a beautiful army nurse who encourages Al to sing again.
