The text was composed by Mackenzie-Harris Corp. in Monotype Bulmer. The paper is Mohawk Superfine. Photographs were printed by Phelps-Schaefer Litho-Graphics, and the edition was bound by Cardoza-James. This is publication number 185"--Colophon.
