John Hughes's stage version, a reprint of the 1718 edition (Folger card catalog).
There exist two editions of the 1723 Hamlet. In this edition ('A'), leaf A4v, line 23 reads "compulsative"; leaf B1r, line 9 reads "Corse"; and leaf H3r, line 29 ends "Ditch-". Edition 'B' is a 1730 pirated line-by-line reprint, cataloged separately, identified by different readings on those pages. (See Dawson, G.E. Studies in bibliography, 1 (1948-1949): 47-58).

First leaf (A1) is blank; no frontispiece issued with this edition (Ford).

ESTC, Ford, and Jaggard citations are undifferentiated descriptions for both editions A and B.
