Arrest du Conseil d'État du Roi, qui, en interprétant celui du 14 mars dernier, ordonne que les négocians des ports de Saint-Brieuc, Binic & Porterieux, ne pourront à l'avenir faire directement le commerce des isles & colonies françoises de l'Amérique que par le port de Saint-Brieuc, dans lequel seul ils jouiront des priviléges accordés par ledit arrêt, en se conformant aux conditions qui y sont prescrites : du 3 octobre 1776 : Extrait des Registres du Conseil d'Etat.
