Summary:
Text from the last section (uttarakāṇḍa) of the Adhyātmarāmāyaṇa, chapter five, a conversation between Rāma and his brother Lakṣmaṇa where Rāma propounds the merits of knowledge over that of action (karma); contains a Sanskrit commentary or gloss (vivṛti) by Mahīdhara, running parallel (above and below) the main Sanskrit text.

Title from colophon (f. 15v); secondary title Rāmagītāvivṛti referring to gloss by Mahīdhara from commentary colophon (f. 15v).
Written in 9-15 lines per leaf.
15 leaves foliated 1-15, upper left and lower right verso.

Colophon (Commentary): iti śrī mahīdharaviracitārāmagītāviṣṭatisamāptaḥ // śrī rāmārpaṇam astu // saṃvat 1835 śake 1600 saumyanāmādve jyeṣṭhaśuddha 13 trayo dasyāṃ prāthaḥ stale bhānuvāsare te divasi samāptaḥ // cha // cha // cha // (f. 15v).
Dated saṃvat 1835 (1778) and śaka 1600 (1678) (f. 15v); these dates are by the same hand, but do not corroborate; one is an error, but not clear which.
