- Text from the last section (uttarakāṇḍa) of the Adhyātmarāmāyaṇa, chapter five, a conversation between Rāma and his brother Lakṣmaṇa where Rāma propounds the merits of knowledge over that of action (karma); contains a Sanskrit commentary or gloss (vivṛti) by Mahīdhara, running parallel (above and below) the main Sanskrit text.

- Title from colophon (f. 15v); secondary title Rāmagītāvivṛti referring to gloss by Mahīdhara from commentary colophon (f. 15v).
- Written in 9-15 lines per leaf.
- 15 leaves foliated 1-15, upper left and lower right verso.
- Colophon: iti śrī mahīdharaviracitā rāmagītā samāptaḥ // (f.15r).
