Broadcasting Act 1981 Independent Broadcasting Authority additional payments by programme contractors accounts 1989-90 accounts prepared pursuant to Section 33(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1981 of additional payments to the Independent Broadcasting Authority by programme contractors under section 32 and of the sums paid into the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and, the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland under section 33(3) in the year ended 31st March 1990 together with the reports of the comptroller and auditor general thereon.
