Caravan sites. A bill to provide that operators of caravan sites shall enter into written agreements with licensed occupiers of residential caravan sites; to provide that copies of such agreements shall be furnished to local authorities on demand; to make it an offence for caravan site operators to charge a premium for admission to a site; and for purposes connected therewith.
