Consular conventions. A bill to confer upon the consular officers of foreign states with which consular conventions are concluded by His Majesty certain powers relating to the administration of the estates and property of deceased persons; to restrict the powers of constables and other persons to enter the consular offices of such states; and to amend sections one hundred and seventy-six and five hundred and twenty-one of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894.
