Public accounts (army votes 1941). Copy of Treasury minute, dated the 26th January, 1943, under section 4 of the Appropriation Act, 1941 (4 & 5 Geo. VI, c. 38), and section 4 of the Appropriation Act, 1942 (5 & 6 Geo. VI, c. 27), authorising the temporary application of the excesses of the sums realised on account of appropriations-in-aid on certain army votes for the year 1941 towards making good the deficit in receipts under vote I for the same year.
