National debt. Return showing, for each of the years 1913-14 to 1919-20 and 1922-23 to 1936-37 (1) the aggregate liabilities of the state, the estimated assets, and the exchequer balances at the close of each year, (2) cash issues during each year on account of interest and management of the debt, and for debt redemption, and cash raised by creation of debt, (3) transactions during each year connected with the capital of the dead-weight debt; together with relative appendices.
