Return to an order of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 4th December, 1930; for, "return showing, so far as particulars are available, the total expenditure (other than out of loans for capital purposes) in England and Wales under certain acts of Parliament during the years ended the 31st day of March, 1891, 1901, 1911, 1921, 1929 and 1930 respectively, and the total number of persons directly benefiting from the expenditure for the year ended the 31st day of March, 1929, together with similar particulars for Scotland (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, no. 101, of session 1928-29).".
