Audit (local authorities, &c.). A bill to make provision with respect to the period for which certain accounts subject to audit by district auditors are to be made up and audited, to authorise the holding of extraordinary audits of any such accounts, and to enable the councils of municipal boroughs to adopt the enactments relating to audit by district auditors.
