A bill to alter certain dates prescribed by the Representation of the People Act, 1918, in connexion with the registration of electors, and to prevent increases in postal rates for printed packets being reckoned for the purpose of any limit on the amount of the expenses of candidates at elections, and to amend section fifty-four of the Local Government Act, 1888.
