Education (Scotland). Statement showing:--(1) an estimate of the sums receivable by the Education (Scotland) Fund for the year 1916-17, of the expenditure therefrom under section 16 (1) (a-f) of the Education (Scotland) Act, 1908, and of the balance available for allocation under section 16 (2) of that act; (2) the allocation of such balance in accordance with the terms of the department's minute of 28 June 1912.
