Explosion of a store at Swadlincote, near Burton-on-Trent. Accident no. 91, 1911. No. CXCVIII. Report to the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Home Department on the circumstances attending the explosion of a "store" belonging to the Granville Colliery Company, Limited, at Swadlincote, in the county of Derby, which occurred on March 24th, 1911, by Major A.
