Prisons (Scotland) Acts, 1860 to 1904. Rule made by the Secretary for Scotland declaring police cells at Kirkcaldy, in the county of Fife, to be a legal prison for the detention of prisoners for a period not exceeding fourteen days before, or during, or after trial.
