Return to an address of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 13 April 1910;--for, "return of the correspondence between His Majesty's government and the governments of the self-governing dominions and colonies respecting the constitutional position of the latter in the negotiation of commercial and other treaties with foreign powers, including the letter from His Majesty's Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, dated Foreign Office, London, 4th July 1907, addressed to the British ambassador at Paris, and laid upon the table of the Canadian House of Commons.".
