Deaths from starvation or accelerated by privation (England and Wales). Return to an order of the honourable the House of Commons, dated 2 December 1909;--for, return "of the number of deaths in England and Wales in the year 1908 upon which a coroner's jury has returned a verdict of death from starvation or death accelerated by privation, together with any observations furnished to the Local Government Board by boards of guardians with reference to cases included in the return."
