Light Railways Act, 1896. Clacton-on-Sea and St. Osyth Light Railway (Extension of Time) Order, 1908. Order made by the Light Railway Commissioners, and modified and confirmed by the Board of Trade, reviving the powers granted and extending the periods limited by the Clacton-on-Sea and St. Osyth Light Railway Order, 1904, for the compulsory purchase of lands and for the completion of the railway and works by that order authorised and for other purposes.
