Education (Scotland) Bill. Return showing the population, valuation, the average assessment levied under the Education (Scotland) Act, 1872, for the three years 1900-'01 to 1902-'03, in each parish, and the total raised from each local government district, together with calculations showing the amounts which would be raised from each parish if the total assessment so raised from each local government district were imposed as a district rate upon parishes on the basis of (1) valuation alone, and (2) half on valuation and half on population, and, calculations showing the amounts which would be raised from each parish if the charge in respect of interest on and repayment of loans were borne by the respective parishes instead of the district as a whole.
