Vaccination. Return showing in respect of each Poor Law union in England and Wales (1) the number of certificates of conscientious objection under section 2 of the Vaccination Act, 1898, received by the vaccination officers, which were dated between the 1st day of January and the 31st day of December in each of the years 1900 and 1901; and (2) the number of certificates of successful primary vaccination received by the vaccination officers during each of those years.
