Training colleges (Ireland). Return to an order of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 21st July, 1902;--for a return showing (1) the names of the training colleges in Ireland, whether under the management of the national board or under local management, on behalf of which application was made to the Commissioners of National Education within the last three years to sanction an increase in the number of students (King's scholars) which each such college was authorised to admit to training: (2) the number of students (King's scholars) which each such college was authorised to admit which the above application was made in each case; (3) the increased number of students (King's scholars) asked to be authorised for admission in each case, and the result of each application; and (4) the names of the training colleges that applied for equipment grants within the last three years, the sums applied for, and the result of the application in each case.
