Prosecutions (fishery laws) (Ireland). Return for years 1890 to 1900, ending the 31st day of December, of prosecutions under-taken in Ireland of masters of beam or otter trawl vessels for alleged infringement of the by-laws of the Fishery Board or the provisions of the acts prohibiting beam or otter trawling within certain waters round the coasts of Ireland, in the following form, with summary:- date of alleged offence; name, &c, of person charged; name, letters, and number of beam or otter trawl vessel; where alleged offence committed; statute or by-law contravened; place and date of trial; result of trial; by whom detected.
