A certified copy of the conviction, judgment, and sentence, in the case of the Queen against John Daly, tried at the assizes and general delivery of the gaol of Our Lady the Queen, holden at Warwick on 29 July 1884; also a certificate from the governor of Portland Prison, that the said John Daly is still imprisoned under the said sentence.
