Building societies (properties in possession). Return to an address of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 14 September 1893;--for, "return of a statement showing, as on the 31st day of December 1892, or alternatively, the date of the last preceding annual account and statement of the society, the aggregate amount of properties in possession of building societies incorporated under the Building Societies Acts, in the following form:--Register number. Year when incorporated. Name of society, and chief office or place of meeting. Year of the society's existence. Date to which account is made up. Original valuation of aggregate of properties in possession at date of account. Aggregate amount of advances made on properties in possession at date of account. Aggregate of debts due on properties when possession was taken. Amount included in assets in respect of properties in possession at date of account. Gross income for the year by way of rents, &c., derived from properties in possession at date of account. Gross outgoings for the year on the properties in possession at the date of account.
