Insane persons (suicides). Return showing, for England and Wales, the number of persons who committed suicide in each of the years 1892, 1893, 1894, and 1895, who were not at the time inmates of any asylum or place for the detention of lunatics, and who were found to have been insane by a coroner's jury; and showing, in a separate column, the number of homicides committed by such persons before they took their own lives; and, similar return for Ireland.
