Imbecile and epileptic children in workhouses. Copy of return showing the number, on the 1st day of September 1894, of imbecile and epileptic children under 16 years of age, in each workhouse, separate infirmary, school, or other similar establishment belonging to the guardians of unions in England and Wales (excluding the metropolis), distinguishing the number of such children who were of dirty habits, and the number who would, in the opinion of the medical officer, be likely to be improved by special training.
