Return showing the number of monastic schools in Ireland under the National Board of Education with the name of each; the number of children on the roll of each school; the number of children in average daily attendance at each; the number of teachers employed; and the names of the several religious orders to which they belong: and, copies of the form of application for the school to be taken under the board, and of the form in the quarterly returns certifying that the rules of the board have been duly observed.
