Parliamentary election, 1886. Return to an address of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 27 August 1886;--for, "return of charges made to candidates at the late general election in Great Britain and Ireland by returning officers, specifying the total expenses of each candidate (both exclusive and inclusive of returning officer's charges) delivered to the returning officer pursuant to 'the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Act, 1883,' and the number of votes polled for each candidate (in continuation of the return to the address of this House, dated 19th February 1886) in the following form:--"the totals of each column to be shown separately for England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, with a summary showing the gross totals."
