Treason felony and convicts. Return of all prisoners at present undergoing penal servitude in any convict prison in the United Kingdom who were convicted of treason felony in Ireland, England, or Scotland, or of murder, conspiracy to murder, or whiteboy offences, in Ireland, since the 1st January 1880, specifying the name of prisoner, age, brief description of offence, when and where convicted, sentence, and term of punishment unexpired.
