Roads (Scotland). Return of the income and expenditure on roads in those counties of Scotland which have obtained private acts abolishing tolls, or in which no tolls are exacted; the return being in these case of counties where tolls have been abolished by act of Parliament, for each year since the acts were obtained, and, in the case of other counties, for a period of ten years, down to the last year for which the accounts have been made up.
