Offences punishable by flogging. Returns of the number of persons convicted of offences which under the Act 26 & 27 Vict. are punishable by flogging, at each assize town and each session of the Central Criminal Court since the year 1862; and, of the number of persons sentenced to be flogged at such assizes and sessions respectively since the said act came into operation.
