Joint stock companies. Returns of the names, objects, &c., of all joint stock companies formed since 1 June 1872 to 31 December 1873; distinguishing whether the companies are limited or unlimited, and also the number of shareholders in each of the said companies at date of last return, and whether still in operation or being wound up; and, of the total number of new companies, with their nominal capital, for the years 1864 to 1873 (in continuation of parliamentary paper, no. 401, of session 1872, with index, &c.).
