Bankrupts' estates. Return, by the comptroller in bankruptcy, showing the number of trustees of bankrupts' estates whose misconduct has been reported by him to the court in each year since "the Bankruptcy Act, 1869," came into operation, with the occupation of each defaulting trustee and the number of times reported; also, the estimated loss sustained by bankrupts' estates since the passing of the said act through the defalcations of trustees, and the failures of banks in which the moneys of such estates have been deposited by the trustees.
