Public departments (consols, &c.). Returns of the aggregate amount of consols, reduced three per cents., new three per cents., new three and a half per cents., and new two and a half per cents., held by all public departments on the 1st day of April last; of the annual interest thereon; and, of the corresponding annuities for twenty and thirty years respectively (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, no. 163, of session 1875).
