Supplementary and excess votes. Return showing the amounts of supplementary estimates (exclusive of votes of credit) voted in and for each financial year from 1857-8 to 1876-7, inclusive, under the heads of civil service, revenue, army, navy, and other head, if any; distinguishing the amounts voted in the session of Parliament in which the budget for the year was presented from those voted in a subsequent session, and stating the total amount of supplementary estimates voted for each financial year; also showing the excesses voted for each financial year under heads as above mentioned, and the total amount thereof, stating the session in which such excesses were voted.
