Returns of the number of petitions complaining of undue returns or undue elections under the provisions of the Act 36 & 36 Vict. c. 33: and, of the number which have been brought to trial, specifying whether the seat shall have been claimed or not; the decisions of the judges in each case; and the number of cases in which the mode in which any particular elector shall have voted has been disclosed.
