Benefices Resignation Act, 1871. Returns of the number of commissions issued under "the Benefices Resignation Act, 1871"; of the number of benefices resigned under the said act, showing the value of the living and the amount of the pension charged, together with the age of the incumbent at the date of the resignation, and further distinguishing those cases where there is a Parsonage House from those where there is none: and, of all resignations under the said act subsequently annulled.
