Indictable offences (Metropolis). Returns of the number of persons committed for trial for indictable offences from the police offices and magistrates within the Metropolitan Police district, and the result of the proceedings as stated for the several counties in the judicial statistics for the last three years; the same for the city of London; and, of the number of persons convicted summarily within the Metropolitan Police district, and sentenced to pay fines or to imprisonment, &c., for the last three years; and the same for the city of London.
