Returns of each town with which Greenock had direct telegraph communication in 1872; and, of the name of each town with which the following offices have direct telegraph communication; and the number of messages during 1875 forwarded and received for each place named:--Cardiff, Barrow-in-Furness, Grimnsby Docks, Bridge of Allan, Dumfries, Dunfermline, Forfar, Stirling, Stranraer, Lanark, Coatbridge, Hawick, and Greenock.
