Copy of all communications between the India Office and the Local Government of India, not contained in the recently presented papers relative to the return ordered in 1873 and 1874, of all moveable property, or the proceeds thereof, which had come into the possession of the local authorities after the outbreak of hostilities in 1857, from enemies in Oudh and Kirwee, and which had not been distributed to the troops.
