Returns of the fees exacted at each consular establishment in Africa, Borneo, Buenos Ayres, Chili, Columbia, Costa Rica, the Pacific Islands, Guatemala, Hayti, Madagascar, Muscat, Zanzibar, Nicaragua, Persia, Peru, Salvador, Santo Domingo, and Venezuela, during the ten years ending 31 December 1868; of the number of civil and criminal plaints heard in each of Her Majesty's consular courts in those countries; and, of the value of the direct trade between Great Britain and each of the consular ports in the same countries, in each of the ten years ending 31 December 1868; &c.
