Joint stock banking and other companies. Return of the names, nominal capital, subscribed capital, paid-up capital, and number of shareholders of the (i.) chartered banks carrying on business in the United Kingdom; and of the (ii.) limited; and (iii.) unlimited banks; (iv.) limited; and (v.) unlimited insurance companies; and (vi.) miscellaneous unlimited companies which are registered under the acts relating to joint stock companies and are believed to be still in existence, or which make returns to the inland revenue under the bank acts.
