Common Law Procedure Act (1854). Returns of the number of cases referred to the masters under "the Common Law Procedure Act, 1854," for the years 1858, 1867, 1868, 1869, 1870, and 1871, in the Queen's bench, the common pleas, and exchequer courts, separately; of the number of writs issued in each of the years from 1867 to 1871, inclusive, by each of the said courts; of the references in each of the above courts, with the amount of each award and costs as entered, in the years 1870 and 1871; and, of the posteas in the Queen's bench, common pleas, and Exchequer, with the amount of verdict and costs in each case, during the years 1870 and 1871; showing also the total of the verdicts and costs.
