Petty Sessional Divisions. Return to an order of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 15 August 1878;--for, return "showing, with respect to the several counties in England and Wales, the names of the several Petty Sessional Divisions for each county, and whether the same were constituted by order of justices under the Act 9 Geo. 4, c. 43, or how otherwise; the names of the several Poor Law parishes or places composing each division; the number of justices acting for the same; and the name of the town or place at which the meetings of the justices of each division are held."
