Malta Government Council. Copies of the official report of the speech of the Honourable Ramiro Barbaro, on 7th February 1877, in the Malta Government Council; of the sentence of the Magistrate, Dr. G. Micallef, condemning the said Ramiro Barbaro to three days' detention for the said speech, or words therein; and, of all correspondence relating to the claim of the privilege of freedom of speech on the part of the elected members of the council on the occasion of the citation and condemnation of the said Honourable Ramiro Barbaro for words spoken in the council.
