Strand Union. Copies of letter dated 17 July 1866, and addressed by Dr. Rogers to the guardians of the Strand Union; of letters dated 19 and 21 July 1866, and addressed by Dr. Rogers to the Poor Law Board; of answers that have been given to the above-mentioned letters; of report (so far as questions 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 15, 17, and 18 are concerned) made by Mr. Farnall to the Poor Law Board after his visit to the workhouse of the Strand Union on 3 October 1865; and, of correspondence on the subject of such report.
